depression continued....

Did i mention this time being 'uncannily the same as the last year??' Yes...it is. The feeling just keeps getting stronger with each day. Just that this time around ... its like... i know whats going to hit me and i am helpless .. ! Its like ...I can kind of imagine what a murderer feels like sitting in that electrocution chair (or whatever u call it!) U know its going to come...u cant run away.. u just have to face it! (sic!)
